S Status of synchronized data, 1 = first read, 0 = been read

(Data) synchronized DIO value (Ref. Sec. 1.9)

Example:

Command: $014 Receive: ?01

Read Address 01 synchronized data, return no data available.

Command: #** Receive: no response

Send synchronized sampling to all modules.

Command: $014 Receive: !1000F00

Read Address 01 synchronized data, return S=1, first read, and

synchronized data 0F00
