Description: Set module Configuration

Syntax: %AANNTTCCFF[CHK](cr)

AA Address of setting module (00 to FF)

NN New Address for setting module (00 to FF)

TT Type 40 for DIO module

CC New baud rate for setting module (Ref. Sec. 1.9). Short
